湍流超细粉碎机粉碎腔内单相流场的数值模拟

摘 要: 为了认识湍流超细粉碎机粉碎腔内的流场结构和流动状态, 文中以湍流超细粉碎机的实验设备为基础, 利用 Pro/Engineer 软件 建立了计算模型, 并借助先进的 CFD 技术, 以标准 紊流模型和 SIM PLEC 算法, 数值模拟了湍流超细粉碎机粉碎腔内的单相三维紊流定 常流场, 直观显示了粉碎腔内的速度、总压和流线等特性, 为粉碎腔 内的流场结构提供了直观的模拟结果。

Abstract: Superfine comminuting mill with turbulence is a new model of processing equipment. In order to improve the processing results of superfine comminuting mill with turbulence, it necessary to cognize the flow field frame and flow state in the concave. In the present paper, a simulation model based on the experiment equipment with the software Pro/Engineer is devised. With the help of advanced CFD technology, based on the turbulence model and the SIMPLEC method, the sin gle-phase 3-d turbulent flow is simulated in the FLUENT software. Through giving the cloud-picture of velocity, total pressure near blades and path line of concave, property of flow field frame is showed directly. It is useful for cognize the flow field frame.
