摘要:在保护胶体存在下,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯以及水敏性单体为主要原料进行乳液聚合,通过化学方法对制得的乳液破乳,制备了可再分散聚合物粉末。研究发现,该方法制得的可再分散聚合物粉末具有很好的可再分散性,其再分散后所得到的乳液具有较好的稳定性,并对有关性能与原聚合物乳液进行了对比。实验结果表明:与原聚合乳液相比,可再分散聚合物粉末再分散后所得乳液的粒径稍大,粒径分布宽,最低成膜温度高,力学性能有所降低,改性水泥砂浆的剪切强度低。

Abstract: The redispersible polymer powders were prepared by a new process including the emulsion polymerization of hydrophobic monomer and hydrophilic monomer in the presence of protective colloid, and the chemical demulsifying method. The properties of the original emulsion and the re-emulsified polymer powders were compared. The results show that the polymer powder has good redispersibility and the obtained emul sion is of excellent stability, but the diameter of re-emulsion latex is larger than latex in original emulsion, the mechanical properties and modifying efficiency of mortar are inferior to original emulsion.
