摘要:介绍了微纳米颗粒复合化系统的工作原理。采用颗粒复合化系统对HDH钛粉和还原铁粉进行球化处理,可使钛粉和铁粉由原来的不规则形状变为近球形,改善流动性。球形钛粉的烧结密度高达99%、临界装载量为66%,比原始钛粉高3%。利用机械分散和颗粒复合化系统联合工艺制备的复合球形Al2O3/Cu颗粒,烧结后,Al2O3在铜基体中得到了良好的分散。结果表明:颗粒复合化系统能实现不规则颗粒的整形以及两种或两种以上不同粒径粉体的均质化复合。

Abstract: The principle of micron-nano-sized particles composite system was introduced. The irregular shape particles such as HDH titanium and deoxidization iron were modified by using particles composite system and these spherical particles had good flowability. The sintering density of spherical titanium powder was up to 99% and its critical loadage was 66% which was more 3% than that of irregular one. Spherical compositeAl2O3/Cu particles were prepared by combining mechanical dispersion with particles composite system. After sintering, Al2O3 particles were evenly dispersed in cupper base. The particles composite system can achieve shape modification of the irregular particles as well as homogenization compound of two kinds of ultrafine powders or above.
