超声波对氟金云母剥离细化作用的研究

摘 要: 研究了超声波对云母细化作用效果的影响因素, 通过对颗粒 浓度、分散介质、超声时间、超声功率以及助磨剂等因素的剥离细化试 验。研究结果表明: 颗粒浓度为 18.7%、超声时间和超声功率分别为 60 min 和 300 W, 添加了极少量的助磨剂时超声波对云母的剥离细化效 果最好。云母粉的比表面积从 3.59 m2/g 增至 7.69 m2/g, d50 从 16.73 μm 降至 11.28 μm。在云母剥离细化过程中, 超声波的空化作用起主 导作用。

Abstract:The impact factors of sonication was studied. The result showed that the particle concentration, dispersed medium, ultrasonic time, ul trasonic power and grinding-aid agent affected comminuting effect. There was a best comminuting affect on condition that the particle concentra tion, ultrasonic time, ratio of solvent to water, ultrasonic power was re spectively 18.7%, 60 min, 300 W, and the grinding-aid agent was used in the process of mica comminute. The specific surface area of mica in creased from 3.59 m2/g to7.69 m2/g, d50 decreased from16.73 μm to 11.28 μm. It is concluded that the ultrasonic cavitation played an important role in the process of mica comminute.
