摘 要: 采用脉冲电解法, 在硫酸锌和氯化铵混合电解溶液体系中, 就 不同添加剂( 柠檬酸三钠、三聚磷酸钠、明胶、聚乙二醇和聚乙烯吡咯 烷酮) 及电流密度等制备条件对所制得金属锌粉形貌和粒度的影响情 况进行了研究, 并利用 XRD 和 SEM 对样品进行了相应的表征。结果 表明, 当电解液中分别加入上述添加剂时可以得到葡萄状、瘤状、鱼刺 状和厥类植物状的微米级锌粉, 并且随着电流密度的增加锌粉的尺寸 会出现减小的趋势。

Abstract: The effects of different additives (sodium citrate, sodium tripolyphosphate, gelatin, PEG, PVP) and current density on the zinc powder morphology and granularity were studied in the ZnSO4 and NH4Cl electrolyte system by the pulse electrolytic method. The samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results showed that when the above additives entered the system respectively, the micrometer zinc powder with the morphology of grape-like, warty-like, fishbone-like and syncope plant-like were obtained, and there would appear the granularity decrease tendency with the increase of the current density.
