BA-MMA-GMTS共聚物的合成及对纳米Si3N4的表面处理

摘 要: 为了使纳米氮化硅粉体能够均匀地分散在聚合物中并与聚合 物具有良好的相容性, 必须对其 进 行 表 面 改 性 。 本 文 中 用 BA MMA- GMTS 三元共聚物作为纳米 Si3N4 粉体表面改性剂, 对纳米 Si3N4 粉体进行湿法包覆反应改性。结果表明: BA- MMA- GMTS 三元 共聚物包覆在纳米 Si3N4 粉体的表面, 并与其发生了化学作用, 有效地 阻止了纳米 Si3N4 粉体的团聚, 当 BA- MMA- GMTS 三元共聚物相对 纳米 Si3N4 粉体质量比为 10%时包覆效果最好。改性后的 Si3N4 粉体 粒径明显减小, 在有机溶剂中的分散性良好, 由于相似相容原理, 可以 推测改性后的纳米 Si3N4 粉体必能与聚合物具有良好的相容性并且能 更加均匀地分散在其中。

Abstract: In order to make nano-Si3N4 powder uniformly dispersed in the polymer and the polymer with good compatibility, the surface must be modified. BA- MMA- GMTS terpolymer was used as nano-Si3N4 powder surface modifier, and the coating reaction of wet modified to nano-Si3N4was used. The results indicated that the copolymer BA- MMA- GMTS surface treatment agent coated the surface of nano-Si3N4 powder by chem ical reaction, and the agglomeration of nano- Si3N4 powder was prevent ed effectively. When the copolymer BA- MMA- GMTS and nano-Si3N4powder quality ratio was 10 %, it had the best coating effect. The particle diameter of nano-Si3N4 powder modified was decreased evidently, and it was decentralized preferably. Because of the similar compatibility, it was speculated that the modified nano-Si3N4 powder and polymer had good compatibility and could be more evenly distributed among them.
