CTAB软模板法碳酸锶纳米棒制备

Preparation of Strontium Carbonate Nanorods by CTAB Soft-template Method

摘 要: 以六水氯化锶、氢氧化钠和尿素为原料, 采用尿素水解均相沉 淀法利用表面活性剂 CTAB 所形成的棒状胶束为软模板定向诱导制 备出了晶形规整的碳酸锶纳米棒, 利用扫描电子显微镜( SEM)和 X 射线衍射仪(XRD)对其进行了表征。结果表明, 碳酸锶纳米棒呈规则 的直线状, 长度在 6 μm 以上, 平均粒径约 80 nm, 长径比达到 70 以 上。对碳酸锶纳米棒的形成机理进行了初步的研究, 最后进一步讨论 了 CTAB 用量对粒子形貌的影响情况。

Abstract: Choosing SrCl2·6H2O, NaOH and urea as raw materials, using the rod-like micelles formed by the surfactant CTAB as soft-template, the strontium carbonate nanorods with integrated crystal were induced by the method of urea homogeneous precipitation, and the nanorods were characterized by SEM and XRD. The results showed that the length of the nanorods was over 6 μm, the average radius about 80 nm, and the ratio of the length and diameter beyond 70:1. The mechanism of strontium carbonate nanorods was researched primarily, and the influence of the CTAB amounts to the crystal’s morphology was further studied finally.
