摘 要: 提出了一种苹果酸络合物沉淀法制备高纯纳米二氧化钛粉体 方法。使含有适量表面活性剂的 Ti4+ 与 C4H4O52- 反应生成苹果酸钛络 合物前驱体 Ti2O2(OH) 2C4H4O5·4H2O, 经洗涤、干燥, 在 900 ℃下煅烧 2 h, 得到纳米 TiO2 粉体。经 XRD 和 TEM 检测, 产物纳米二氧化钛为 金红石型结构, 平均粒径为 40 nm。

Abstract: A malic acid complex method that can be used to prepare high purity nanometer titanium dioxide powder is proposed. By this method, The Ti4+ ions adding suitable surface active agent reacts with C4H4O52-to form the precursor of Ti2O2(OH) 2C4H4O5·4H2O. The nanometer titanium dioxide powder was made by heated 2h at 900℃after washed, filtered and dried. Nanometer titanium dioxide was characterized by X-ray pow der diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) . There sults showed that TiO2 crystalline was rutile structure and had uni form size distribution of 40 nm.
