摘 要: 利用微波均相沉淀法成功制备了纳米级 Y3Al5O12 粉体。利用 XRD 技术分析了 Y3Al5O12 前驱体煅烧过程的物相变化, 利用 TEM 对 Y3Al5O12 前驱体形貌进行了表征。结果表明: 微波辐照能够在低尿素 含量( 25:1) 的条件下, 合成单相 Y3Al5O12 粉体, 大大降低了尿素的用 量; 纯 Y3Al5O12 相的形成温度有了很大程度的降低, 使得合成的前驱 体在 900 ℃下煅烧直接生成 Y3Al5O12 单相粉体; 同时发现在密闭条件 下的微波特殊效应与非密闭条件下相比具有更好的效果。

Abstract: Y3Al5O12 nanopowders was synthesized successfully by the mi crowave homogeneous precipitation in the presence of urea. The compo sition and transformations during calcination of Y3Al5O12 precursor were analyzed by XRD, and the size and morphology of Y3Al5O12 precursor were characterized by TEM. The results show that the amorphous precur sor synthesized under [urea] /[metal ions] molar ratio of 25 crystallizes di rectly to single-phase Y3Al5O12 at 900 ℃. It was found that the special ef fect of microwave irradiation in the closed state was better than that in the open state.
