摘 要: 以液态五羰基铁(Fe(CO)5)为原料, 通过表面活性剂控制合成 得到了粒径小于 20 nm 的 α-Fe 纳米粒子。用透射电镜、X 射线衍射、 红外光谱、矢量网络分析仪研究了液相热分解制备 Fe 纳米粒子的形 貌和性能随表面活性剂用量的变化情况。当表面活性剂用量分别为 0.4 g 和 1.0 g 时, 制备的 Fe 纳米粒子平均粒径分别为 3.1、12.5 nm, 统 计方差分别为 0.03、3.42。对微波电磁参数的初步研究表明, Fe 纳米 粒子随粒径的变化表现出丰富的铁磁共振现象, 并可以用静磁模式和 交换模式的共振模型进行解释。

Abstract: The α-Fe nano-particles were prepared using Fe (CO)5 as the raw materials during thermal decomposition in xylene. The morphology and properties of Fe nano-particles were characterized as functions of sur factant dosage using quantitative X-ray diffraction, transmission elec tronic microscopy, Fourier transition infrared spectrum and vector net work analyzer. The monodisperse Fe nano-particles with mean-grain-size 3.1, 12.5 nm and statistic-variance 0.03, 3.42 were synthesized accord ingly with the surfactant dosage 1.0 g and 0.4 g. The !i″( f ) curve of Fe nano- particles under microwave exhibited abundant ferromagnetic reso nance phenomenons which were explained with static ferromagnetic mode and exchange ferromagnetic mode.
