Fe基非晶纳米晶喷涂粉末的制备及性能

摘 要: 利用氩气雾化方法制备出了 Fe48Cr15Ni15Si5.8B2.7Mo6W4Al2Co 非 晶合金粉末, 利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X 射线衍射仪、粒度分析仪 和差示扫描量热仪对粉末的微观结构、相组成、粒径分布以及热稳定 性进行了分析。研究表明, 所制备的粉末结构为非晶纳米晶结构, 纳 米晶的尺寸约为 20~40 nm; 粉末颗粒形貌呈球形或椭球形, 流动性 很好。差热试验表明, 粉末具有很强的非晶形成能力并且热稳定性非 常好; 筛分出来的小于 47 !m 目的粉末粒度正态分布比较窄。

Abstract: The morphology, microstructure, thermal stability, particle size distribution and phase composition of the argon atomized Fe48Cr15Ni15Si5.8B2.7Mo6W4Al2Co powder were investigated by scanning electron microscope, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), particle size analysis X-ray diffractometry and transmission electron microscope. The structure of Fe48Cr15Ni15Si5.8B2.7Mo6W4Al2Co atomized powder consist ed of amorphous matrix and nano-crystallization phase, the size of nanocrystalline was 30~70 nm. The morphology of particle was spherical or elliptical, good mobility. DSC results showed that the power had a strong glass-forming ability and very good thermal stability. The Gaus sian distribution of the powder particle smaller than 47 "m was relatively narrow.
