摘要:将喷雾干燥法造粒应用于电子玻璃产品的生产中,采用压力式喷雾干燥法对电子玻璃浆料进行喷雾干燥造粒,研究了喷雾干燥的压力、喷嘴孔径大小、浆料的液固比和粘结剂的含量与造粒后的粉体颗粒粒径分布的关系。研究表明,含固量越高,黏度越大,平均粒径明显增大;喷雾压力适中,喷嘴孔径为0.7 mm时,可得到流动性良好,松密度适中的干燥物体。

Abstract:Applied spray-drying granulation method to electronic glass,the relationships between spray-drying pressure,size of the nozzle,solid-liquid ratio,the binder content and spray-drying powder particle size distribution were studied.The results showed that the higher the solid content was,the greater the viscosity was,a marked increase in the average size was.While the spray pressure was moderate and the spray nozzle size was 0.7 mm,it could obtain a good flowabilityofpowdersand moderate drybulk density.
