溶液燃烧法合成掺钴氧化铝

摘要:以硝酸铝、尿素为主要原料,首先配制成氧化-还原溶液,然后经 加热燃烧制备得到氧化铝/氧化钴聚合物粉体,并研究了钴盐量的投料 大小对聚合体颜色的影响效果。结果表明,随着硝酸钴加入量的由小到 大,氧化铝-氧化钴聚合物粉体的颜色深度不断增强。 经 XRD、Raman、 IR 的测试分析,表明混合粉体具有金刚石氧化物聚合体的结构特征。

Abstract:The experiment process of combustion synthesis of the alumi na/cobalt oxide polymer powder was described,using aluminum nitrate,urea and cobalt nitrate as the main raw materials. With the increasing of content of cobalt nitrate,the color of the polymer powder showed deep gradually. The basic analyses and identification showed that the obtained alumina/cobalt oxide polymer powder possessed similar structure to diamond.
