溶胶-凝胶法制备尖晶石型LiMn2O4正极材料

摘要: 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了锂离子电池正极材料锂锰氧化物。 以 Mn(NO32(50%)、LiOH·2H2O 为原料,以柠檬酸为螯合剂制得前驱体, 400 ℃预烧 6 h, 再经 750、850 ℃分别焙烧并保温 6 h 得到粉体产物。 XRD 分析表明, 所合成的产物为尖晶石型 LiMn2O4;SEM 观察结果表 明,合成产物颗粒均匀,形貌规则。 用其组装的电池经恒电流充放电测 试,表明其初始比容量可达 118.76 mAh/g,具有良好的循环性能。

Abstract:Lithium manganese oxide,a type of cathode materials for Li-ion battery was prepared by sol-gel method,using Mn(NO32 (50%),LiOH· 2H2O as raw materials and citric acid as the chelating agent. The precursor was preheated at 400 ℃ for 6 h,and then calcined at different temperature of 750,850 ℃ for 6 h to obtain the powder. The as-prepared sample was confirmed to be spinel LiMn2O4 by X-ray diffraction(XRD). Scanning electron microscope(SEM)images showed that the powder mainly consist ed of rod-shape particles with uniform particle sizes. The electrochemical properties of the sample were evaluated with charge and discharge tests. The specific capacity of the LiMn2O4 cathode materials was 118.76 mAh/g which indicated a good cycling performance.
