摘要:采用溶胶-凝胶方法,将已经合成 Eu(DBM)3·H2O 纳米微晶分散 到 SiO2 纳 米 微 球 中, 通 过 红外光谱、 元素分析、 透射电子显微镜 (TEM)、荧光光谱等测试方法对其组成结构、荧光性质以及微观形貌等 进行了表征。结果表明,Eu(DBM)3·H2O 成功地被引入到 SiO2 纳米微球 中,从而使 SiO2 纳米微球发出了铕离子的特征荧光,使 SiO2 纳米微球 可在光电学、磁学以及激光等领域被应用。

Abstract:The SiO2 nano-particles containing Eu(DBM)3·H2O nano-crys tallines were synthesized by sol-gel method, which the Eu(DBM)3·H2O nano-crystalline prepared by chemical precipitation method were dispersed SiO2 nanometer spheres. The structure,micro-cosmicmorphology,fluores cent property were studied using infrared spectra,elemant analysis,fluores cent spectra,transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results showed that Eu(DBM)3·H2O nano-crystallines were interuped SiO2 nanometer spheres,then the europium characteristic fluorescence were sent out. The SiO2 nanometer spheres could be provided a basis for further expanding its application in photoelectricity,luminescent materials and magnetic materi als.
