摘要:为了得到良好亲油性的二硫化钼(MoS2)粉体,采用湿法改性工 艺,分别以硅烷偶联剂(KH570)、硬脂酸(SA)及其复合改性剂对 MoS2粉体进行表面改性,并进行粉体悬浮液的浊度、活化指数等分析。 结果 表明:改性 MoS2 粉体疏水亲油性提高;对改性前后的 MoS2 粉体进行了 FT-IR 及 XRD 的结构表征,结果表明,粉体粒子表面成功地被有机物 包覆;将改性 MoS2 粉体填充于聚苯硫醚(PPS)、聚丙烯(PP)复合材料, 力学拉伸试样断口的 SEM 分析表明: 改性 MoS2 在 PPS-PP 复合材料 中无团聚且分散均匀。

Abstract:In order to obtain the molybdenum sulfide (MoS2) powder with good lipo philicity, MoS2 powder was modified with KH570, SA and their compounds. The synthesis result of turbidity and activation data showed that the lipophilicity of modified MoS2 increased. The FT-IR and XRD results showed that the structure of modified MoS2 were not changed and its parti cles’surface were covered with organic modifiers. The SEM images-indicat ed that the modified MoS2 dispersed into polyphenylene sulfide-polypropg lene(PPS-PP) composites evenly and without agglomeration.
