粉煤灰粒度分布及其活性的灰系统研究

摘要:用激光粒度仪测定不同细度粉煤灰的粒度分布,以灰色关联方法分析了粉煤灰粒度分布与其胶砂性能之间的相关性,并建立了粉煤灰粒度分布与其活性指数的灰系统模型。结果表明:粉煤灰粒度分布明显影响胶砂性能;19.953~45.709μm颗粒含量与胶砂需水量的正关联度最大;5.012~19.953μm颗粒含量与粉煤灰活性的正关联度最大;根据抗压强度活性指数的灰色模型可以预测粉煤灰活性大小。

Abstract:The fly ash with different particle size distributions were tested by using laser particle analysis. The relationship between the particle size distribution of fly ash and its macro properties were studied. A grey system model between the particle size distribution of fly ash and its activity index was established. The results showed that the particle size distribution of fly ash influenced its macro properties obviously. The volume fraction of particles ranging 19.953~45.709 μm had the maximum positive effect on the water requirement of macro. The volume fraction of particles ranging 5.012~19.953μm had the maximum positive effect on the activity index of fly ash. The activity of fly ash was predicted by the grey system model of the compressive strength activity index.
