摘要:为了实现无溶剂有机合成及缩短反应时间,提出了 一种新的无溶 剂有机合成方法——超音速气流下向无溶剂反应法。该方法以流体力 学和气固两相流为基础,通过在超音最气流条件下,使芳香醛与丙二酸 亚异丙酯在反应容器中摩擦活化,再通过投击固定靶和分子间的相互碰撞,产生迅速的能量交换实现反应。利用该方法成功实现了芳基亚甲 基丙二酸亚异丙酯的制备,进一步讨论了循环次数和反应压力对产物 产率的影响。试验结果显示:该方法相对于其它方法产率更高,反应时 间更短。

Abstract : In order to achieve the solvent-free organic synthesis, and shorten the reaction time, a new method of solvent-free organic synthesis method, the conditions of supersonic flow solvent-free reaction,which based on fluid dynamics and gas-solid flow was proposed. At the supersonic flow conditions, aromatic aldehydes and isopropylidene malonate were activated by friction in the reaction container. Through the impact of fixed targets and inter-molecular collisions,it was resulted in the rapid energy exchange leading to chemical reaction. By this way, aryl methyl kia isopropylidene malonate was prepared successfully. Furthermore, the effect of the yield of reaction on the cycles and reaction pressure was discussed. The results showed that this method was reasonable, increase the yield and shorten the synthesis time significantly compared to other methods.
