用于气流粉碎技术的超声速喷管流场实验研究

摘要:为了研究用于气流粉碎技术的超声速喷管流场结构。设计并搭建了适合于阴影法和粒子图像测速技术测量超声速喷管流场的实验平台。分别用阴影法和粒于图像测速技术对单喷管自由射流、单喷管射流撞板和两喷管射流对撞的流场进行了测量,实现了对微小超声速流场的测量,井对实验结果进行了分析,总结出了超声速喷管流场的一些规律,为高效气流粉碎机的设计提供了参考数据。

Abstract:In order to study the flow structure of supersonic nozzle for airflow grinding technology, an experimental worktable was designed and built, which was applicable for shadowgraph and particle image velocimetry (PIV), to measure the flow structure of the nozzle. Then the flow structure of free jet of single nozzle、single nozzle jet striking the flat board and two nozzle jets striking each other was measured with shadowgraph and PIV separately. This research realized the measurement to miniature supersonic flow field. Some rule of the supersonic flow field was concluded. The results of the experiments was analyzed to supply reference for high efficiency jet mill design.
