摘要:以SiO2和MgO为原料,研究了原料化学组成对纤蛇纹石纳米管生长的影响。采用水热法在不同n(SiO2):n(MgO)比下合成了系列纤蛇纹石样品,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对合成样品进行结构和形貌表征。结果表明:n(SiO2):n(MgO)比偏离0.68不利于纤蛇纹石结构的生长;在n(SiO2):n(MgO)比为0.68时,能够合成内径约为6~8 nm、外径约30~40 nm、长度多在600 nm以上的纤蛇纹石纳米管。

Abstract:The influence of molar ratio of SiO2 and MgO on the synthesis of chrysotile nano-tubes was investigated. A series of chrysotile samples were synthesized from activated MgO and amorphous SiO2 by hydrothermal-reaction at different ratio of n(SiO2):n(MgO). X-ray diffraction, infra-red spectrometry, scanning electronic microscope and transmission electronic microscope were used to analyze the chrysotile samples. The results showed that the rate of formation of nano-tubes was determined by the rato value of n(SiO2):n(MgO). It was found that the tubed-stucture was easy to form, the crystallinity of chrysotile increased and its configuration becomed more clear as ratio value of n (SiO2):n (MgO) reduced. As the ratio value of re(SiO2):n(MgO) was 0.68, the inner diameter for the chrysotile nano-tubes and the outer ones was 6~8 nm and 30~40 nm and a length above 600 nm which was superior to other studies.
