一种用TiCl4合成焦磷酸钛的新方法

摘要:以TiCl4和磷酸为原料,正丁醇和水的混合液为溶荆,在低温下搅拌水解合成了焦磷酸钛。用X射线衍射、场发射扫描电镜和激光粒度仪对样品进行了表征。结果表明:所得焦磷酸钛为平均粒径100 nm左右的球状颗粒。500℃热处理2h,球状颗粒长大至186 nm左右,粉体团聚较轻,分散性很好。

Abstract:The ultrafine titanium pyrophosphate powder was prepared by the hydrolysis of TiCl4 and phosphoric acid in a mixed solvent of n-butanol and water at low temperature. The properties of the powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy and laser particle size analysis. The experimental results showed that the mean size of the as-prepared powder was about 100 nm, with a narrow size distribution, and the shape of particles were spherical. When the sample was calcined at 500℃ for 2h, the mean size of the powder was about 186 nm.
