摘要:为解决Al2O3陶瓷脆性问题,通过添加Fe3Al对其进行增韧,在常压烧结条件下制备了Fe3Al-Al2O3纳米复相陶瓷。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针和金相显微镜对其显微组织进行分析。经果表明:随着Fe3Al含量的增加,Fe3Al容易发生偏聚;成型压力越大,组织越均匀;烧结温度越高,Fe3Al的分散程度就越高;保温时间适当延长,Fe3Al分布越均匀。

Abstract:Because of low brittleness of alumina ceramic, the intermetallic compound Fe3Al was added in alumina to toughing. The Fe3Al -Al2O3 nano-composite ceramics were prepared by pressureless sintering. The micro-structure were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron micrograph(SEM), electronic probe microanalyzer and optical microscope. The results indicated that Fe3Al phase distribution became more segregate with the increase of Fe3Al content. The greater was the forming pressure, the more homogeneous was the micro-structure. The higher was sintering temperature,the higher homogeneous was Fe3Al distribution. Fe3Al phase distributed more uniform with suitable extent sintering time.
