卧式超细粉磨机的试验研究与结构优化

摘要:研究卧式超细粉磨机内部结构对粉磨效果的影响,通过对设备结构的分析,结合试验情况,找到影响卧式超细粉磨机粉磨效率的关键因素,即两个粉碎室内粉磨形式的不同和物料在粉碎室内的运行轨迹,并根据CM51型超细粉磨机的具体情况提出结构优化改进措施。

Abstract:The effect of internal structure of horizontal ultrafine grinding machine on grinding efficiency was studied。 Through the analysis of the device structure and the test situations, the key factors of effecting the grinding efficiency of the horizontal ultrafine grinding machine were found, that were the difference of the grinding forms in two crushing rooms and the running track of feed materials in the crushing room. The structural optimization improvements for the type of CM51 ultrafine grinding machine were suggested .
