超声-醇盐水解法制备TiO2及其光催化性能研究

摘要:以四异丙醇钛为前驱体,通过超声-醇盐水解法一步合成锐钛矿相TiO2,利用傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电镜测试对样品性能进行表征。结果表明,在醇盐水解过程中加入超声辅助作用,能得到光催化活性高且粒径均匀的锐钛矿相TiO2;当紫外光照180 min后,经超声处理制备的TiO2对甲基橙的降解率能达到90%以上,锐钛矿相的TiO2在紫外光照下具有很好的光催化活性。

Abstract:Anatase titanium dioxide was synthesized with titanium tetra-isopropoxide as the precursor by the method of ultrasound-alkoxide hydrolysis.The obtained samples were characterized by the means of FTIR,XRD and SEM.The results indicate that uniform sized anatase titanium dioxide with high photocatalytic activity can be obtained by adding ultrasound-assisted action during the process of alkoxide hydrolysis.The methyl orange degradation rate by TiO2 prepared through ultrasound treatment can reach more than 90% when exposing to ultraviolet irradiation for 180 min.The anatase titanium dioxide has good photocatalytic activity under ultraviolet irradiation.
