摘要:选定某水泥厂CKP型辊式磨机为研究对象,现场实时同步采样获得磨机入料和出料,并在实验室筛分分析结果上得到10组平行样的特征粒径数据,采用颗粒特性模型对水泥熟料在CKP磨机里的破碎动力学过程进行分析。结果表明,磨机入料和出料颗粒分布大致一样的均匀性系数,以及入料和出料累积质量分数为80%的特征粒径对比,说明采样过程中CKP磨机粉磨效果好,运行平稳且存在稳态平衡;能耗模型参数取值直接决定10组相对能耗的离散程度,二者呈非线性关系,CKP磨机粉磨水泥熟料能耗符合基克学说;相对能耗数据服从均值为1.823 2和方差为0.145 4的正态分布,说明了破碎能耗模型服从正态分布假设的合理性和模型的稳定性。

Abstract:Choosing the CKP type rolling mill of a cement plant as the research object,obtaining the mill feed and discharge by real time synchronous sampling was realized.Ten groups of feature particle size data of parallel kind were obtained on the basis of laboratory screening analysis results.The crushing kinetic process of the cement clinkers in CKP mill was analyzed by applying the particle characteristics model.The results show that the roughly same uniformity coefficients of the mill feed and discharge distribution as well as comparisons of the feature size that the cumulative quality percentage of the mill feed and discharge distribution are 80% illustrate that the CKP mill has good pregrinding effect.It runs smooth and exists steady-state balance in the sampling process.The values of energy consumption model parameters directly determined the discrete degree of ten groups of relative grinding energy consumption.They have nonlinear relationship.The cement clinkers energy consumption grinding in CKP mill belongs to Kick theory.The data of the relative energy consumption fit normal distribution in which the mean value is 1.823 2 and the variance is 0.145 4.It illustrates the rationality of hypothesis that the energy consumption model fits normal distribution as well as the stability of the model.
