筛分法测定钛精矿粒度分布

Determination of Particle Size Distribution for Titanium Concentrate by Sieving Method

摘要:采用干式筛分法(机械筛分法)对粗粒级钛精矿进行粒度分布测定研究,利用统计置信区间表征各粒级粒度分布测定结果。结果表明:按筛分终点原则确定合理的筛分时间为11 min;在测定次数为12,显著性水平α为0.05的条件下,重复测定的各粒级粒度分布测定值用格拉布斯准则判定未发现离群值;在测定次数为12的条件下,各粒级粒度分布测定值的相对标准偏差为1.0%~4.5%,精密度和重现性满足筛分法粒度测定的要求。

Abstract: The particle size distribution of titanium concentrate was determined by the dry sieving method (mechanical sieving method). The determined results of particle size distribution were represented according to the statistical confidence interval. The results show that the reasonable sieving time is determined as 11 min in accordance with the end points principle. No outlier is found by judging repeatedly measured particle size distribution with Grubbs criterion at the conditions that the determining times is 12 and the significance level α is equal to 0.05. The relative standard deviation for the particle size distribution is between 1.0% and 4.5% at the condition that the determining times is 12. The precision and reproducibility meet the requirements of the sieving method.
