摘要:为了减小白炭黑颗粒因表面活性羟基之间作用而形成团聚体的粒径,并使白炭黑保持良好的分散状态,采用机械研磨法对水介质中白炭黑的解聚和分散进行研究。结果表明:经搅拌磨湿法研磨,白炭黑的中位粒径d50由研磨前的18.434μm减小为3.8μm;球料质量比、浆体中固体含量、研磨时间和分散剂用量都是影响白炭黑研磨产物粒度的因素;研磨后白炭黑的分散性比研磨前显著提高;机械研磨实现了白炭黑在水介质中的解聚和分散。

Abstract: To reduce the size of silica particles formed aggregates by interaction among the hydroxyl groups in particle surface and make the silica keep a good dispersion state, the disaggregation and dispersion of silica particles in aqueous medium were researched by the method of mechanical grinding. The results show that the median diameter d50 of silica particles reduces from 18.434 to 3.8 μm by wet grinding. The factors influence the particle size of silica after wet grinding are the mass ratio of grinding media to materials, solid content in slurry, milling time and dosage of dispersants. The dispersion of silica is remarkably increased after wet grinding than before. The method of mechanical grinding realize the disaggregation and dispersion in aqueous medium.
