摘要:为了制备低成本CO2固体胺吸附剂,采用硅藻土作为载体,通过负载四乙烯五胺制备CO2吸附剂,采用N2吸附和扫描电镜表征固体胺吸附剂的孔道结构,考察温度和负载量等条件对CO2吸附性能的影响规律,进行吸附剂再生研究。结果表明:载体硅藻土缺乏丰富的孔道结构,四乙烯五胺主要以表面包覆形式存在;四乙烯五胺最佳负载质量分数为40%,在90℃及CO2体积分数为8%的条件下,CO2的饱和吸附量达到2.1 mmol/g;CO2在150℃以内可以实现完全脱附,且吸附剂稳定性良好,在再生温度为100℃、真空度为2~4 kPa的条件下,CO2吸附量稳定在1.6 mmol/g。

Abstract: To prepare the low cost solid amine adsorbents with excellent CO2 adsorption property, tetraethylenepentamine (TEPA) was loaded on the diatomite for preparing CO2 adsorbent. N2 adsorption and SEM were applied to characterize the porous structure. The effect of TEPA loading amount and temperature on adsorption capacity was investigated. The regeneration of the adsorbent was conducted. The results indicate that the diatomite has no obvious porous structures and TEPA coats on its surface. The mass fraction of optimum loading amount of TEPA is 40% and CO2 adsorption capacity of 2.1 mmol/g is achieved at 90 ℃ and with CO2 volume fraction of 8%. CO2 discharges thoroughly below 150 ℃. The adsorbent is stable and adsorption capacity is 1.6 mmol/g when the regeneration temperature is 100 ℃ and the vacuum is 2 to 4 kPa.
