摘要:为了解决卷烟烟气有害成分选择性去除的问题,制备氧化铝柱撑蒙脱石及其中间产物羟基铝柱撑蒙脱石材料;采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、N2物理吸附测试、氨气测试酸性点位分析、微分热重和卷烟添加实验等方法对材料进行表征。结果表明:铝柱撑蒙脱石的(001)晶面的层间距增大,其孔隙以狭缝孔为主;颗粒粒径主要集中在10μm左右;材料表面具有大量的酸性点位;铝柱撑蒙脱石加入卷烟后能不同程度地减小卷烟烟气中苯酚、巴豆醛、氰化氢和氨的质量,羟基铝柱撑蒙脱石的加入还会使烟气中水分的质量分数增大45%,可以作为一种优良的兼具有保水性和吸附性的滤嘴烟气吸附材料。

Abstract: To solve the problem of selectively removing harmful components in cigarette smoke, aluminium oxide and hydroxyl aluminium pillared montmorillonites were prepared. XRD, SEM, N2 physical adsorption, acidic position analysis using ammonia as probe molecule, differential thermal gravity and addition experiment in cigarette filter were carried out for material characterization. The results indicate that distances between (001) crystal faces of aluminium pillared montmorillonites are increased, and the slot pores appear. Diameters of most particles are around 10 μm. An amount of Lewis acid position located on the surface. Adsorption of the components in smoke proves that aluminium pillared montmorillonite can remove phenol, croton aldehyde, hydrogen cyanide and ammonia in some degree. The hydroxyl aluminium pillared montmorillonite added can increase the mass fraction of water about 45% in the smoke. The aluminium pillared montmorillonite is a potential adsorption materials with both water retention and adsorption used in cigarette filter.
