摘要:以造纸黑液回收的碱木质素为前驱体,经磷酸活化制备低成本的木质素活性炭,对活性炭进行比表面积、孔结构及形貌的表征;考察活化温度、磷酸与碱木质素浸渍比、活化时间以及N2流量对活性炭产率及孔结构的影响。结果表明:磷酸活化碱木质素制备活性炭的产率都大于60%;在活化温度为550℃,磷酸与木质素浸渍比为1.5,活化时间3 h以及N2体积流量为75 mL/min时,活性炭比表面积达到1 139 m2/g;低成本的碱木质素是制备低成本活性炭的潜在的前驱体材料。

Abstract: Utilizing Kraft lignin recovered from papermaking black liquor as the precursor, low cost activated carbon was prepared by H3PO4activation. The activated carbons was characterized in terms of the BET surface area, pore volumes and surface morphology. The effect of activation temperature, impregnation ratio of H3PO4 to Kraft lignin, activation time and N2 flow rate on the activated carbon yield and pore structure was investigated. The results show that the yields of all activated carbon are larger than 60% due to the high carbonaceous content of Kraft lignin. The maximum surface area of the activated carbon is 1 139 m2/g produced at the activation temperature of 550 ℃ , impregnation ratio of H3PO4 to Kraft lignin of 1.5, activation time of 3 h and N2 volume flow rate of 75 mL/min. The low cost Kraft lignin is a potential precursor material in the preparation of low cost activated carbon.
