超声波辅助抗溶剂法制备盐酸吡格列酮超微粉体

摘要:采用超声波辅助抗溶剂法制备盐酸吡格列酮超微粉体,在甲醇-去离子水体系中分别考察药物溶液浓度、抗溶剂-溶剂体积比、体系温度、超声波功率等对颗粒形貌和大小的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱分析和差示扫描量热法对所得产品的性质进行表征。结果表明:制得的盐酸吡格列酮微粉颗粒为短纤维状,平均粒径约为250 nm;微粉化前、后颗粒的结晶度下降,但是药物化学结构没有发生改变。

Abstract: Pioglitazone hydrochloride ultrafine powders were prepared by ultrasound-assisted anti-solvent method. The effect of drug concentration, volume ratio of anti-solvent and solvent, temperature and ultrasound power on the particle morphology and size was investigated in methanol - deionized water system. The as-prepared particles were characterized by techniques of SEM, XRD, IR and DSC. The results indicate that the ultrafine particles of pioglitazone hydrochloride are short fibrous with mean particle size of 250 nm. The crystallinity of particles decreases before and after micronization. But there is no change in the chemical structure of drugs.
