摘要：水不溶性染料的粉碎在染料生产过程是一道最为关键的工序，粉碎过程及机理也十分复杂。在一个粉碎体系中，必须根据染料本身的理化性质，确定相应的粉碎设备、分散剂、粉碎工艺等技术问题，本文对染料超微粉碎机理最佳操作条件进行了探讨。

Abstract：Comminution of water - insoluble dyestuff is the most important process in thecourse of the dyestuff production.The comminution procedure and principle are also rather compli.cated. The technical problems such,as comminution equipment, dispersing agent, comminutiontechnique are determined correspondingly on the basis of the physical and chemical natures ofdyestuff in a comminution system. In this paper, the ultrafine comminution principle of dyestuffand the optimum operation technologies were discussed.
