催化裂化用多管式旋风分离器的现代进展

摘要:通过对旋风管的导向叶片、排气与排尘结构等3部分的重大改进与创新,开发了国产EPVC系列旋风管和最新的PDC型旋风管,同时还开发了具有独特防返混排尘结构的PIM型卧管式多管旋风分离器,目前这两项技术已在全国40多个炼油厂催化裂化装置上推广应用,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The new EPVC series and PDC type high efficiency guide - vaned cyclone tubeswere developed on the improvements of the guide vanes, the exhaust tubes and the dust dischangeconfiguration.New PIM type multicyclone separator with horizontally installed PT-  type cy-clone tubes, of which the patented anti- backmixing cone was characteristic, was also developed.All of them were used successfully with significant economic benefits in more than 40 sets of flu-. idized catalytic cracking units.
