旋流态离心自磨机粉碎机理及主要参数设计研究

摘要:简述了旋流态离心自磨机的简单结构及其粉碎原理,通过以散体力学基本方程所导出的相似判据,结合本磨机是在体积力为重力和离心力双重作用下流动的事实.导出了适合本磨机相似模拟的相似判据及以几何相似比为主的主要参数计算公式。并以φ300mm的实验机为基础,模拟设计了φ800mm的工业机。通过φ800mm工业机的工业试验所测得的数据,对所导出的相似判据进行了验证

Abstract: This paper describes the structure and pulverization rnechansim of a cycloneccntrifugal autogenous mill According to the similarity criteria derived by a basic vquation of bulk.dlynamic the mill's pulverization resulting. from centrifugal force and gravitntional force. thesimilarity criteria suitable for the mills analogue simulation and the calculation formula for themill's parameters mainly including gemetric similarity ratio are derived. Based on a 300mm一dia.laboratory mill, a 800mm-dia. industrial mill are very close to the calculated valuus by simulationindicating that it is feasiblc to perform analogue simulation using the similarity parameterformula.
