摘要：纳米晶薄膜LixPb_0.9-xLa_0.1TiO₃（x=0，0．1，0．2，0．6）以普通玻璃为衬底通过溶胶—凝胶方法烧结制备而成。对LPLT薄膜进行DTA，XRD等测试手段分析。通过交流阻抗数据的分析，在室温下电导率高达2．3×10^－3S·cm^-1

Abstract：Nanocrystalline thin filmLixPb_0.9-xLa_0.1TiO₃（x=0，0．1，0．2，0．6）were fabri-cated on ordinary glass by sol-gel method. The thin films were characterized by differential ther-mal analysis ,X-ray diffraction. By a.c. impedance analysis, the conductivity of the sample is ashigh as 2.3×10^-3S ·cm^-1at room temperature.
