摘要:纳米晶薄膜LixPb0.9-xLa0.1TiO3(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.6)以普通玻璃为衬底通过溶胶—凝胶方法烧结制备而成。对LPLT薄膜进行DTA,XRD等测试手段分析。通过交流阻抗数据的分析,在室温下电导率高达2.3×10-3S·cm-1

Abstract:Nanocrystalline thin filmLixPb0.9-xLa0.1TiO3(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.6)were fabri-cated on ordinary glass by sol-gel method. The thin films were characterized by differential ther-mal analysis ,X-ray diffraction. By a.c. impedance analysis, the conductivity of the sample is ashigh as 2.3×10-3S ·cm-1at room temperature.
