摘要：研究了用有机物蒸气包覆金属超微粒子的方法及铜超微粒子的表面包覆层结构，并研究了有机物包覆的超细铜粉浆料的导电性能。

Abstract:The method for preparing ultrafine metal particles coated with organic matterwas studied in this paper.The ultrafine copper particles coated with terpineol were prepared,andinvestigated the structure of organic layer on surface of the particle and the conductive property ofcopper paste using the particles.
