摘要：简要介绍粉体颗粒透射电镜薄膜的制备方法，选取几种粉体颗粒的薄膜对粉体颗粒的微观结构进行透射电镜研究。

Abstract：In this paper,the preparation method of thin film for TEM is introduced,the microstructure of some kinds of powder particles are researched by TEM on the thin film.
