摘要:方型分离器的良好性能和结构紧凑的特点使其特别适合循环流化床大型化的需要。在筒体定型尺寸为700m m ×700m m 的冷态试验台上对入口带有加速段的方型分离器下部锥体锥角角度改变时分离器性能的变化规律进行试验研究,结果表明:下部收缩角度对其分离性能有重要影响,较大的锥角角度可在一定范围内降低切割直径,而对d99 和分离器阻力的影响很小。

Abstract:Square cyclone fulfills well the scaling up compact design of circulating fluidized bed boiler for its outstanding performance The investigation of the changing laws of performanc of the separator with the changing of taper is carried out at ambient temperature in a test rig with separator cross section 700mm×700mm And the effect of taper on collection efficiency and resistant are determined in the investigation The results show that the bigger taper is favor for the cut size without any increasing of critical size or resistant
