基于分形的微粉颗粒几何形状快速分类法

摘要:根据分数维理论 ,提出了一个适用于粉体颗粒形状定量分析的分形模型 ,研究了其特点及实时计算方法。应用智能分形表征技术研究了颗粒形状及颗粒形状对粉体性能的影响。结果表明 :通过智能分形法可以定量描述粉体颗粒形状以及统计分布特点。

Abstract:Based on the fractal dimension (FD),a generalized fractal model which is suitable for quantitatively analyzing the shape of powder particle is proposed.Its features and the real- time estimating method are studied.With the help of S600 image processing system,the SEM image of powder particle is investigated.By using intellective FD analyzing technology proposed,the shape of particle,the effects of particle shape on powder property are investigated.The result shows that,by means of the intellective FD method,the shape of powder particle,the statistical distribution features can be quantitatively described.
