摘要:高能球磨法制备了铁 /聚四氟乙烯纳米复合材料 ,其形貌与结构采用高分辨透射电镜与穆斯堡尔谱方法进行研究 ,高分辨透射电镜照片显示铁颗粒周围有非晶状边界存在 ,铁粒子的平均粒径约为 8nm。穆斯堡尔谱结果表明有二价铁以及界面谱叠加在原有的α -Fe六线峰之上

Abstract:Fe/PTFE nanometer composite was prepared by high energy ball milling‚the micrograph and structure was investigat ed by high-resolution TEM and 57Fe Mössbauer spectroscopy. The micrograph of the high-resolution TEM shows that the nanometer composite consists of small crystallites with diameter about 8nm separated by grain boundaries of amorphous phase.And the Mössbauer effect studies show that the spectrum can be fitted to three components‚one doublet for Fe2+‚and two sex tets for bulk and interfacial α-Fe.
