摘要:介绍了利用射流分级技术改进氧化铝玛瑙填料质量的试验情况 ,采用正交试验法优化确定分级的工艺参数。试验结果表明 :分级后氢氧化铝玛瑙填料的粒度 (90 % ,质量分数 )可控制在 6 1μm以上 ,能有效地除去产品中的细粉

Abstract:The test of improving the quality of aluminum hydroxide as artificial onyx filler by fluidic classifier is introduced.The process parameters for fluidic classification are optimized by orthogonal test method.The size above 61μm of aluminum hydroxide grains(90%) and the fine particles can be effectively seperated by the classificating.
