金红石型二氧化钛超微颗粒制备及表征

摘要:以偏钛酸为原料制备TiO2 ,超微颗粒 ,利用XRD、TG -DTA、TEM测试等手段测试样品的形态结构。结果表明 ,水合TiO2 为金红石相结构 ,经 5 0 0℃煅烧样品粒径为 10~ 2 0nm ,大小分布均匀。

Abstract:The precursor of TiO 2 ultrafine particles,titanium hydroxides,is synthesized by using matatitanic acid as raw material.The measurements of XRD,TG-DTA and TEM are used to characterize the particles.The results show that the hydroxide particles dried at 100℃ and calcined at 300~600℃ are all rutile phase.The particle size of the samples calcined at 500℃ is 10~20nm,and the size distribution is uniform.
