高压水射流超细粉碎技术的研究与应用

摘 要:高压水射流粉碎技术的主要特点是效率高、耗能低、 拉应力破碎原理、良好的解理性以及能够很好地保护矿物的 天然结晶形貌。本文介绍了高压水射流粉碎技术的研究状 况‚以及将高压水射流粉碎技术用于永磁铁氧体原料粉碎工 艺的试验研究、制备水煤浆的试验研究‚以及制备珠光云母 粉的工业应用。

Abstract: T he outstanding features of high pressure water jet comminution lie in its high comminuting efficiency‚low energy consumption‚tensile crushing principle‚good cleavage ability‚ thus the original crystalline form and the surface glossiness of the ground materials can be well preserved.T he comprehensive situation of the study of water jet comminution technology was reviewed.T he experimental investigation of grinding mill scale‚ which is a material processing step for permanent magnetic fer rite production‚was introduced.T he preparation of the water coal slurry and pearlite-mica powder by water jet were also in troduced.
