高岭土微粉与纳米TiO2表面复合改性研究

摘 要:采用 sol-gel 法对精细处理过的高岭土微粉与纳米 TiO2 进行了表面复合改性进行研究。结果表明‚改性高岭 土结构没有改变‚其白度显著提高‚改性后的高岭土对红外 光的遮挡能力明显增强‚对紫外光的吸收能力亦大大提高。

Abstract: Modification of kaolin powders with nano-TiO2 sur face composite by so-l gel process was investigated∙T he result showed that after being modified‚there is no change of the kaolin structure‚the brighten degree is a satisfaction and has great shading capacity for infrared ray‚and the powders also has strong absorbability for ultraviolet ray∙As a high-grade filler‚it can be instead of TiO2 powder and neet the meed of paint‚pa permaking‚enamel‚cosmetics‚the sun care produce and fine chemical materials∙
