振动超微颗粒制备技术的新进展

摘 要:振动磨发展的关键是动力学稳定性控制与实施应力 释放‚本文提出了实施动力学控制与应力释放的基本准则: (1)严格消除亚谐碰撞;(2)将高次碰撞控制在较低的水平 上;(3)以较高的周期实施压力加载‚使颗粒充分吸收振动能 量。在此基础上‚本文还提出了一种新型超细振动磨模型‚ 试验证明‚该模型在超微颗粒的高效率制备领域具有广阔的 开发应用前景。

Abstract:Controlling the dynamic stability and stress release is most important for the development of the vibration milling in preparing ultrafine particles.T he realistic fundamental principles proposed in this paper are as follows:(1)strictly eliminate the sub-harmonic collisions;(2)control the super-harmonic oscilla tion to a lower level and (3)load the particle system with rela tive high period‚in order that the vibration energy can be ab sorbed by the particles effectively.On this basis‚a new model of ultrafine vibration mills is developed.Experiments reveal that the new competitor has a wide area in the technology of ultra fine particles.
