制备条件对纳米NiO微粉的影响

摘 要:用化学沉淀法制备了纳米立方 NiO 的微粉‚研究了 介质 pH、不同沉淀剂和热处理温度对纳米 NiO 粒子大小和 聚结状态的影响。用 NaOH 作沉淀剂‚控制介质 pH 为9~ 10‚经270~300℃热处理4h‚制备得到粒子尺寸约5nm‚在 水中易重新分散的纳米 NiO 微粉。

Abstract:Nanosized NiO powders were prepared with the chemical precipitation method.The effects of pH,precipitant and heat treatment temperature on formation of nanosized NiO powders were researched.Nanosized NiO(~5nm)powders,which were redispersed easily in water,were obtained under following conditions:NaOH as precipitant,pH~10,heat-treatment temperature 270~300℃ for 4h.When H 2C 2O 4(oxalic acid)was used as precipitant,the agglomeration between NiO particles was serious.
