纳米ZrO2粉体的热处理研究

摘 要:用共沉淀法在不同热处理工艺下制备纳米 ZrO2 粉 体。样品的 T EM、SAXS、BET 和 XRD 分析结果表明‚热处 理对纳米 ZrO2 粉体性能的影响是显著的。结合实验与理论 分析‚得出粉末颗粒长大、团聚的机制与热处理对成分、粒度 及微观结构变化的作用。

Abstract:Series of nano-ZrO2powders were prepared under dif ferent technology of heat treatment.All the results‚come from T EM‚SAXA‚BET and XRD‚indicated that the influence of heat treatment on the performance of nano-ZrO2 was notable. Combining the experimental results and theoretical analysis‚the mechanism of particleʾs growth and aggregation‚and the effect of heat treatment upon the change of composition‚granularity and microstructure were obtained.
