几种用于硅酸锆超细粉的陶瓷研磨介质的损耗的研究

摘 要:硅酸锆超细粉是建筑陶瓷的重要原料‚国内主要采 用以搅拌磨进行湿法研磨生产。文中根据多年来对各种非 金属磨介的试验和使用情况‚比较了几种磨介的磨耗并探讨 其原因‚指出磨耗与研磨条件、磨介生产方法、磨介原料以及 磨介尺寸的关系。

Abstract:Zirconium silicate superfine powder is an important material used in ceramic‚the main process in China is wet grind ing by agitating mill.T he wear losses of three kinds of ceramic ball were compared and the reason was discussed.T he grinding condition‚the process of ceramic ball‚the raw materials of ce ramic ball and the size of ceramic ball all influence the wear loss es according to the test data and the situation in production of zirconium silicate grinding.
