纳米级BaAl2O4微粉的制备和性质

摘 要:分别用溶胶-凝胶法、低温固相反应法‚制得了纳米 级 BaAl2O4 微粉‚用电镜观察了其形貌和粒径的大小‚用 X -射线衍射仪进行了物相分析‚测定了其纯度与晶型‚讨论 了制备方法与粒度大小的相互影响。

Abstract:Nanometer-sized ultrafine powder BaAl2Ois obtained by means of sol-gel method and low heat temperature solid- state reaction.Purity and crystal structure is determined and the relation between preparation method and crystal size is discussed according to the result of electron microscopic analysis and X- ray diffraction.
