振动磨的混沌控制与应用

摘要:碰撞是振动磨运动的主要特征。碰撞可以产生混 沌‚有利的混沌运动可以打乱颗粒体系有序的结构和固有频 率的分布状态‚降低颗粒的断裂阻抗‚有助于颗粒的断裂细 化;而有害的混沌运动则可能导致作业系统全局的不稳定‚ 若不加控制‚势必造成工程事故。控制有害的混沌‚不但可 使系统具有足够的可靠性和鲁棒性‚而且还可大大改善超细 和超微颗粒粉碎的能耗以及人机环境。混沌控制是振动磨 发展的关键和必由之路。

Abstract:Impact is the main characteristic of the motion of vi bration mills.Impact can cause chaos.T he beneficial chaos can upset the orderly structure of the particle system and the sepa rated condition of the inherent frequency‚decrease the cracking resistance of particles and contribute to cracking and grinding. T he harmful chaos can cause the unstable condition of all oper ating system and further lead to engineering accident.Control ling the harmful chaos can not only entrust the plenty reliability to the system‚but also improve the human-machine environ ment and decrease the energy consumption of ultrafine grinding. Chaos control is the key and the only way for the development of vibration mills.
